Home exercise and stretching plans

Every patient leaves with two or three exercises, written down. The plan is short so you do it, and it changes as you get stronger.

A woman does a lunge stretch on a mat in a bright living room

What the plan looks like

An older man and woman do seated rows with resistance bands on exercise mats

Each exercise has a few lines on how to do it, how many times and how often. Most need only a mat, a chair or a band. A plan takes ten minutes a day or less.

Updating the plan

A woman holds a bodyweight squat while two coaches watch her form

At each visit we watch you do one exercise and adjust it. When an exercise gets easy, we replace it with a harder one. When you reach your goal, the plan becomes yours to keep.

Questions about exercise and stretching plans

What if an exercise hurts?

Stop it and tell us at your next visit, or call the front desk. Mild effort is normal; sharp pain is not.
