Strains and sore joints from running, swimming, pickleball and golf. We find what the sport is loading, treat it, and plan your way back.

What we see

An older man returns a pickleball shot in an indoor gym

Sore low backs after a long round of golf, tight hips and calves in runners, swimmer's shoulder, and the aches of a new pickleball habit.

If you cannot put weight on a leg, or a joint looks bent or badly swollen, go to urgent care or the emergency room first.

Back to the sport

Dr. Solberg tests balance, strength and how you land. Your plan sets the steps back to full training, and we check them at each visit.

Questions about sports and weekend injuries

Should I stop training?

Often not completely. We usually change how much and how hard you train while the strain settles, so you keep moving.

What about a head injury in sport?

A blow to the head needs a physician first, not a chiropractor. Call 911 for confusion, vomiting, a bad headache or weakness after a hit.
